Week 7 Assignments: Birth Plans
Reading: Yellow 20-25, Blue 8-10, Pink 8
Exercise: Regular exercise (walking, swimming, yoga, etc.) Pregnancy exercise: pelvic rocks, squats, kegels, tailor sitting, good posture
Birth Plan: Add in the elements discussed this week (below) if necessary and discuss with your care provider/birth location.
Relaxation: Work on your "Favorite Place" script and start practicing it daily
